Services are provided by Matthew Appleyard and include technical and learning platform support, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, system integrations, and related services as agreed per engagement.
Engagement & Scope
All work is undertaken based on agreed scope, either as fixed-scope projects or ongoing support agreements. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined prior to the start of each engagement.
Work will not commence until scope and terms have been agreed.
Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed in advance based on the scope of work. Services may be billed on a project basis or as a recurring monthly retainer. Payment terms are specified per engagement.
Ongoing Support
Where services are provided on an ongoing basis, support is delivered under a service agreement (SLA-based). The level of support, availability, and response expectations are defined within the agreement.
